1-1 All equipment must have a NonoTree warranty card, and the warranty will be warranted and supported in accordance with NonoTree and the manufacturer's, distributor's rules.
1-2 Some technical failures or situations in which the manufacturer has their oversight:
* The storage device is formatted, unreadable, and unformatted.
* The customer will be checked as if the fault light is flashing.
1-3 Products that meet the warranty conditions:
*The equipment is still under warranty.
*Do not violate the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
*NonoTree's warranty or warranty card must be complete, the information must be clear and must not be deleted or repaired.
*The serial number and product number must be complete and complete.
2-1 No NonoTree warranty stickers or cards, but with the seal of the dealer, NonoTree will be sent to the dealer for warranty (shipping fee is paid by passengers). NonoTree has the right to decide to reject the product warranty).
2-2 Product, barcode, index number, warranty sticker, serial number tear, blur or logo to piece together doubt, damage.......
2-3 Equipment, accessories are scratched, cracked, split, burned... (The main board is scratched, broken, deformed, fire and explosion, chemical rod, strong impact).
2-4 Equipment has been used for moisture, dust, high magnetic fields, oxidation or direct sunlight, damage by electricity or insects, signs of fire, pest infection, or damage caused by natural disasters.
2-5 NonoTree is not responsible for the warranty of the data contained in the customer's storage device when the device is warranted. (In addition, NonoTree can help customers find information and incur additional costs if needed)
2-6 Do not follow the instructions for use or incorrect installation.
2-7 The product packaging & transportation are not normal, not the goods transported in a safe package.
2-8 The product has not been repaired as specified or has been repaired at another manufacturer.
3-1 The warranty period of the product is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and the specific distributor's restrictions, as follows:
3-1-1 SSD : 36~60 months. (Depends on the product, Faspeed SSD is free for 36 months)
3-1-2 Memory: 36 months (depending on product)
3-1-3 Motherboard: 12 months (depends on product)
3-1-4 Other products: Depends on 3-1 The warranty period published for each product.

3-2 Warranty sticker description:
3-2-1 Warranty sticker messages have a purchase date or product warranty.
4-1 This product rule is covered by the new replacement product in the first case - warranty conditions.
4-2 However, under "Case 2 - No Warranty", NonoTree will temporarily support the warranty operation and will inform the customer before the repair if the cost is incurred. The repair time cannot be determined, and the specific repair time depends on the supplier.
4-3 For products with "failed light flashing" or unspecified errors, NonoTree will be responsible for providing reasonable answers and follow-up to the NonoTree Technical Department after inspection and finalization. The inspection period shall not exceed 7 working days.
4-4 For products that have been discontinued or not returned, NonoTree will deduct the usage time and pricing, and give discounts to support customers to purchase new products, the warranty period will be recalculated from the date of replacement.
5-1 NonoTree Warranty or NonoTree Partner Store Direct Warranty, NonoTree will print a receipt for your product warranty.
5-2 NonoTree will send the defective product to supplier. The warranty Period within 14~20 days of receipt of your order.
5-3 After receiving the warranty :
*You will need to present a warranty receipt at NonoTree to confirm if you are owner and deliver the product. * If you lose, NonoTree will not process any returns and responsibilities for your product.
5-4 The warranty services needs 2-5 working days, without include the transit time. If we need to keep your product for check the problem, NonoTree will keep client informed on the matter.
